Toronto to Niagara Falls

Toronto is a multi cultural city comprised of 3.5 million people. The city itself is very clean and pristine with great public transport  they have cable cars, subway and buses also the city has great freeways.  The best part on  Jenny's outlook was they have underground pathways into shopping malls.   People were very friendly and we had a lovely meal in an Italian restaurant. In the morning some of the tour went to the CN tower, while we declined as we had already been up the Empire State Building so we went to a local Market which was great to see their fresh produce.  We also drove around the city and we saw the Toronto University, Parliament House  and then we set off to Niagara Falls.
Niagara Falls was a short trip on the bus so we arrived in time for a quick photo session on Lake Erie  which quite impressed us. We then stopped at the Skylon tower which was a revolving restaurant for lunch and we had the greatest view of Niagara Falls it took our breathe away, but not our appetite very impressive!   Once our lunch was over we set off on our boat ride which was called the. Maid of the Mist and though not quite the Shotover boat it still got very close to the falls so we all had our raincoats on again we thoroughly enjoyed it.  So then we did some duty free shopping as we were on the Canadian and USA border ah shopping Jenny never gets tired of it much to Jamie's disgust !   we finished the day of with a great meal at Planet Hollywood with our fellow travellers it was an early night as we had to get up at 5.30am for another early start.
