Up early for a busy day touring the sights, had breakfast at the Biltmore and then we were picked up at 8.30 am for the Grand tour of LA. The tour took in Marina Del Rey, Venice Beach Fisherman's Village Rodeo Drive for a glimpse of the high end retail experience then on to the Farmers Market for lunch. We then went on to the Sunset Strip Mann,s Chinese Theatre Dolby Theatre and the walk of fame, every location was really busy our guide was full of information on different bits of popular culture which Jenny soaked up. We arrived back at the Motel around 4pm had a quick break before heading of to a night at the baseball LA Dodgers vs San Francisco Giants.
We had a fun night at the Baseball caught the subway train and connected with the Dodgers transit bus with the rest of the Dodgers fans. The stadium is in a really good setting, it is in a natural amphitheatre and with a great view. most fans drive in, that's what you do in LA, drive it is the preferred mode of transport. The Dodgers lost badly on the night but the fans did not seem to mind as they are sitting at the top of the ladder, we still enjoyed it and the hot dogs and beer. We were glad the fans enjoyed it, as apparently there have been shootings in the car park after Dodgers vs Giants games. Back to the motel after 10pm we had a fun day.
